अलिबागचे कडवे वाल (Kadve Vaal)

Kadve Vaal, sometimes called field beans, are a common bean that is mostly cooked in Maharashtra's Konkan region. Traditionally, sprouting Kadve Vaal is used to make Valache Birde. Once the sprouts are soaked over night ,mushy and readily mashed with your fingertips, they are done and read to cook.
